Client’s Requirements: Endrit Sopaj Photography, a start-up photography business, required us to transcreate their posts, blogs, and vlogs on their Instagram page from Albanian to English, and then write some sections in English to help promote their business and convey their ideas across the way they intend to. They required the transcreation of every post to be completed within 48 hours.
How We Helped: After scanning the Instagram posts in Albanian first to see if there were no errors present, we recognised that there were grammatical errors in some posts. So, we first corrected the grammatical errors in Albanian, and then translated the posts from Albanian to English. We then asked the company what content they wanted to be included in their posts. They let us know that they wanted their posts to describe what the post was showing and describing, what products and services they had to offer, and include relevant links to their website and other social media platforms. We did exactly that, but also suggested to include relevant hashtags under each post to help with SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) to increase the outreach. They agreed, and then sent us those hashtags in Albanian, which we translated to English and made culturally and legally appropriate to the English market.
End Result: The work was given to them within the agreed timeframe. They were very pleased with our services and had claimed that the engagement on their posts, the follower and like count, and shoutouts improved significantly. Hashtags have now also been included in every post of theirs thus far.
