Alkyone proofread, copyedit, and format documents in all subject areas and are not limited to one particular subject area. We will ensure your English is correct and free of any errors regardless of the subject area. However, please keep in mind that we will not fact-check your work and will assume that certain terminology relating to the subject area is correct; it will be your responsibility to fact-check and make sure all the terminology used is correct.
Currently, no. Although the copyediting service we provide is 100% original and unique, we do not check whether your existing text is plagiarised or not. Alkyone will not be held responsible for any infringements of plagiarism.
Currently, no. We assume that facts, including names, quotes, references, citations, and dates are correct and leave these unchanged. However, we are working on providing fact-checking services, which will be available in the near future, so keep an eye out!
Alkyone can guarantee that we will provide top-quality services to all of our clients. If, however, you are left unsatisfied with our service with a justified reason, then please contact us first to let us know and we will discuss your concerns and aim to rectify them as soon as possible. If you are still left unsatisfied after we have tried to rectify the issue, then we will offer a 100% refund if you let us know within 7 days of the most recent work that has been returned to you.
Yes. Alkyone can guarantee that we will never sell, publish, or disseminate any of your information. Your details will also never be passed on to third parties. Unless stated otherwise, your work will be deleted from our system 2 weeks after we have returned your completed work. For more information, please check our privacy policy.

Yes. You can contact us whilst we are working on your document and even after the document has been returned to you FREE of charge. However, we strongly advise that you provide us with all of your requirements before we start working on your document, as this potentially could save a large amount of time in us returning your work and avoid disappointment.

Though we can guarantee that your text will be free from any English errors, the grade that you get on your work is dependent on a number of other factors that do not lie in our hands. However, work produced with a high standard of English is bound to increase your marks.
Yes. We understand that some people may not want all of the things provided under each of our services. For example, one may want our copyediting services without the paraphrasing, or our formatting services without checking for line spacing. We are flexible with each of our services and will cater them to your requirements. Please let us know of your exact requirements during our initial consultation.
We charge a full payment in advance for each of our services. After our initial consultation, we will send an invoice to you via email detailing the full cost of our service, with no hidden costs. You will then be able to pay us via bank transfer.
