Client Requirements and Delivery Time
All requirements must be provided to us during our consultation stages and before we start doing any work on your document. Consultations will always be free of charge. Failure to provide us with all requirements before we start working on your document may delay your work being returned back to you and may therefore not be returned within the agreed timeframe. Should this be the case, we will not accept any liability or fault for not returning your document within the agreed timeframe and will not offer a refund, if requested, with this reasoning.
Refund Policy
If you are left unsatisfied with our service with a justified reason, then please contact us first to let us know and we will discuss your concerns and rectify them. If you are still left unsatisfied after we have tried to rectify the issue, then we will offer a 100% refund if you let us know within 7 days of the most recent work that has been returned to you.
