Client’s Requirements: Bogden, Founder & CEO of Sirox Construction Services, required a thorough copyedit and format of his website. He needed the website to be appealing to clients and the English to be perfect. Bogden was flexible with his deadline, but we assured him that the work would be done within one week.
How We Helped: Once we confirmed all of the details that Bogden needed to be included in his website, we read through each page carefully to see what was and was not included in the website already and then made the changes to the text in the website based on Bogden’s requirements. We first edited the pages to make sure all of the company’s services, what they do, how they do things, why people should choose them, and portfolio pages were detailed in full and was clear to see and easy to understand. We then made sure the homepage was snappy and straight to the point, explaining what the company does, how people can contact the company, and include relevant images to attract customers. Any social media pages, contact forms, and consultation links were then checked to see if they redirect the customers to the relevant pages and were consistent on each page. After all of the copyedits were made, we proofread the whole website to make sure there were no English errors. We then suggested some text sizes, styles, fonts, colours, and images that we believed were appropriate to make the website as appealing as possible to a wide audience. Finally, we helped format every page by letting Bogden know which order the pages on the header of the website should be in and the order of the things mentioned within the pages of the website (e.g., ‘Our Services’ should come first in the ‘Services’ page, then ‘Why Choose Us’, then ‘Book a Free Consultation’, ‘Testimonials’, and so on).
End Result: The work was returned to Bogden within the agreed deadline. Bogden complimented us greatly for our work and implemented the changes to his website immediately. Bogden and his company left us a great review, followed us on our social media platforms, and gave us a shout out on his social media, which we are very thankful for. We loved working with Bogden.
